Decreasing access to healthcare in rural areas is putting the health and safety of our communities at risk. As your legislator, I will continue fighting for legislation that keeps our hospital doors open.
As your State Representative, I will:
- Introduce legislation aimed at reducing the operating costs of healthcare providers, specifically those working in specialty care and critical services such as labor and delivery units.
- Fight for rural hospitals to receive more funding.
- Collaborate with our local healthcare systems to bring more healthcare providers and facilities to our area.
- Advocate on behalf of nurses and social workers by drafting legislation aimed at addressing our healthcare staffing shortages.
